The Parents’ Climate Community is proud to announce support from a 2026 Our Kids’ Climate Microgrant, alongside 21 caregiver-led groups across 15 countries worldwide.
We’re honored to join a global network of parents and guardians leading climate action in their own communities: measuring air quality in Colombia, installing solar panels in girls’ classrooms in Pakistan, training parents in Poland to read pollution data outside their kids’ schools, bringing solar power to families in Nigeria, and so much more.
Here in Austin, we’ll be using our Microgrant funds to continue engaging families and allies in clean-energy artivism, under the leadership of our Director of Community Arts Stephanie Chavez Noell.
We’ll also launch our first cohort of Clean Energy Champions, bringing together parents, grandparents and educators in communities most affected by gas infrastructure, extreme weather, and air pollution who can educate and mobilize youth, families, and neighbors for change.
